When we receive your online order, we will start packaging and get everything ready for shipping.
Once payment has been cleared into our bank account we will ship via your preferred method and your order should reach you soon.
Please remember to use your order number as reference when making payment, and you can also, send us proof of payment so we are aware of it.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery on our products, but if you feel your order is big enough to justify it please contact us.
Collect From Store
If you would like to collect your order from our premises, you are more than welcome to do so. Please select the cash on delivery option when checking out.
We offer an express delivery option via Dawn Wing couriers, this is the fastest way to get your order to you, and we charge a flat rate of R144.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return most new, unopened pigments within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON OPENED PIGMENTS.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
